Project:Class assignment Class:Digital Media Objective: For this project we were tasked with creating a vlog, a video log. What this entails is that we document out day though video to show a viewer what we did. For me I decided to vlog 2 places I spend a good amount of time at, my high school and my favorite place in the world camp Howard. I wanted to log my days and time as a student leader of Outdoor school to show the special moments of being there and also for those who don't really know its like to see a glance. Overall this was really fun to make and I look forward to making more in the future! |

Project:Class assignment Class:Digital Media final Artist Statement: In a world where neckties are sacred, the most sacred one got stolen from Cleveland High School in Portland,Oregon. Two of the finest cops in Portland get called to the scene to investigate and figure out who the suspect is. This necktie is worth 4 million dollars due to it being made of the finest and rarest materials. Objective:This film was created using "No Editing."We were allowed to edit the film together, transitions and also music but we couldn't actually edit the film down. We had the only group of 2 so we worked with my camera remote and timing. |

Project: Self run Objective: A place I hold very dear to my heart is called Camp Howard. Located in the hills of Corbett, Oregon, Camp Howard is a place where thousands of kids come each year. The program that brings me up to Howard is Outdoor school. For a week long, I volunteer to be a student leader at the Howard campsite for Outdoor school. Outdoor School offers 6th graders the experience to learn about Animals, Plants, Water, and soil while learning about many other life skills. We sing camp songs and have nightly campfires. I work as a Student Leader. Student Leaders have a cabin group that you lead all through the week, and you teach Field study. We go by funny names for the entire week. My name I chose is Polaroid .I am apart of the Animals field study team. I teach 6th graders about Animals while also leading a cabin, which this session I was in Wolf Cabin with my amazing cabin partner Lunchbox. I have worked at Howard for about 4 weeks but in total have spent 5 weeks there. Here is my video I created for Week 6 of the 2018 Fall session at Howard Outdoor school. Video is set at unlisted for the MESD privacy guidelines |
Outdoor school is such an important part to a Oregon students education and I am so proud to be apart of it. It gives students an opportunity to learn through a different way that typical school doesn't teach them, meet other students in the district and show them the nature Oregon is surrounded with. The staff and Student leaders at Howard inspire me to be a better leader. Being able to work with them is such an honor. I am already so excited to go back in the Spring and continue my journey with Outdoor school Camp Howard.

Project:Class assignment Objective: In my Digital media class we were tasked to create a 1 minute video that advertised a product or organization, but also follow the lyrics of a song. For my project I chose Downtown by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis. I love this song because of how it follows a story line and I thought it would be perfect for this project. I created a fake Moped company called "Frankie's Mopeds" which is what I advertised in this video. The story line follows the song, but also showcases my fictional Moped business.I had a blast making this, and would love to make similar videos like this in the future! |

5x5 short film | Footwear design2/26/18
Project: Class assignment Class: Digital Media Objective: Today I have my film project for Digital media. We were to film 5, 5 second shots to convey a story we wanted to tell. For my story, I wanted to film a video of my dad and his designing process. My dad Christian Tresser has been a Senior footwear designer for 26 years, working at Nike, Reebok and Adidas. He is very passionate about shoe design, and had a good message for aspiring designers. I have always loved his designing process, and how one drawing can be transformed so much. As there are more steps in designing a shoe, I really wanted to show the foundation and especially his process in creating footwear. |
